Baby Bee Hummingbirds is not liable for the loss of a parcel, once it’s lodged with Australia Post.
If you have received confirmation from us that your parcel has been shipped and you are yet to receive it, consider the following:
Public holidays may affect your postal time
Check that the postal address you provided was correct by logging into your account page then viewing your order history
If you still haven’t received your order, please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
We rely on our carrier for delivery, so we’re unable to offer compensation for lost parcels. But we’ll do our best to help locate any missing parcel.
Baby Bee Hummingbirds is not liable for damage to a parcel, once it’s lodged with Australia Post. We will, however, work with you to see if we can re-craft it from leftover inclusions – for a fee.
